The hotel is located in a vibrant area with easy access to the
Beach and numerous eateries. The room was spacious, but housekeeping could have been more meticulous. We found a few leftover items from previous guests, a bit off-putting .

This was a really nice stay for the price. The breakfast was satisfactory with boiled eggs and bagel, for instance, the restaurant was great. The room was newly remodelled and squeaky clean, we had a microwave oven, fridges, and a toaster...
All was wonderful.

Unexpected Challenges but Cozy Retreat
The room was spacious and well-maintained. The friendly staff welcomed us with smiles.
I experienced a frustrating check-in process with a misunderstanding regarding our guest count and slow Wi-Fi that impacted our ability to connect and plan our days.

Michael at reception was very helpful and nice and polite. The owner was helpful too....attended promptly to any problem...promptly sorted the shower, and gave me extra blankets for the mere asking! The rooms are spacious, have nice beds, a microwave, fridge, cutlery and plenty space to leave luggage There is an airport bus just round the corner #150 which drops you right at the airport for $2.50. Bus #120 takes you to the town center.
Maimi is cold in March and the air conditioning did not heat the room properly at all. The shower is poor with a gentle trickle rather than a good shower spray. For the amount charged $115 per day I would have regarded such things as basic rather than luxury. The hotel reception is manned from around 10am to midnight only.....there is no 24 hr reception but this is a budget hotel.

I liked that upon arrival, we were upgraded to a one bedroom apt with a 20ft balcony..and the sweeping views of the city were awesome! I liked the fact that they did have an old elevator that worked most of the time, albeit getting a little stuck sometimes and scaring the hell out of me, but other than that.. A good place to stay for the value of the money.
I did not like the fact that since we were at the end of the building, it was easier to take the stairs ( 3 floors up) yet, would have liked to take elevator, but was scared to because almost got stuck in it, as it would not move! Also, there is a huge eyesore in front, so any guests (our friends) were totally disgusted with the view..and the room.. As they said it had ants and no hot water.. So for them, the value was not good..for us, we would stay again..

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The price was very reasonable for an extremely busy holiday weekend. The hotel looks very cool from the outside. Te staff worked hard to help us get situated.
The rooms could use some updating. New modern beds, bedding and furnishings would make a huge improvement to the entire feel of the experience at the property. And like other reviewers, I would recommend some way of covering the frosted glass entry doors to keep the light out.

I loved the relaxing pool and the cozy lounge area where I could chill with a book. The only hiccup was the noisy refrigerator that we had to unplug at night, but it didn't spoil my experience one bit. 😊

Great spot for budget travelers!
If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in the heart of Miami, this place is perfect! The room was spacious, and the little kitchen was super handy for snacks. It's less than a minute walk to the beach, a huge plus. Just beware that there isn't always someone at the desk when you need them.

This Hotel may not seem like the a great stay from the outside but it is. It is perfectly located if you plan on enjoying South Beach. My friends and I enjoyed all the perks of the hotels location. It is 1 block away from the beach & Mangos, short walking distance wet willies, fat Tuesday, dash and all the good shopping stores. I'm almost afraid to write this review; I don't want them to raise the prices..lol. Be mindful that there is not 24hr room service, but the staff accommodated to all of our request. I will definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
The bathrooms are a bit dated but it is great for the price.

We we're very friendly welcomed by the lady on the check-in, and during our stay people from the hotel treated us really good. The hotel has a great price for its location on Miami Beach, and the studio is quite big and comfortable.
